Timothy W. Monsees

I have been practicing for over 40 years.  I have formed and managed a successful plaintiffs personal injury practice.  I spent the first 14 years of my professional life as an attorney, and later a partner, in a defense-oriented, personal injury law firm.  I have experienced personal injury practice from both sides.  I have been recognized by my peers as an A/V rated attorney by Martindale Hubbell for over 30 years.  I have also been recognized as an Icon of the Bar by the legal writers at Missouri Lawyer’s Media, and by my close associates with the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association as a “Dean of the Trial Bar.”  The latter two awards recognize career achievement.
